Hi! My name is Jenelle Williams and I am a certified IIN Health Coach. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in June 2015. I have a passion for health, wellness and nutrition; my desire is to help others live their best in a way that’s just right for them! And as a follower of Christ, I want to encourage and uplift other believers to stay not only physically healthy, but spiritually as well.
The more I learn, the more I want to share with others. I am very excited and passionate about this field of work, and my goal is to help people the best I can to live life to the fullest and enjoy every moment!
A little bit more about me:
I’ve always wanted to help people in whatever I do. Also, I love food. Always have, always will. But I had a bad habit of eating too fast and eating too much. I knew it couldn’t possibly be good for me. I wasn’t happy with this, and I knew I needed a change.
I stumbled upon a random diet ad online that led me to develop a growing interest in nutrition and health, which was on and off for a time. When an unexpected health scare landed me in the emergency room at the end of January 2014, I began to take my health much more seriously. This led to changing a lot of my eating and exercise habits. Within weeks I felt the best I ever had!
My passion for health nutrition was rekindled and it led me to a search for schooling to do something about it…perhaps turn my passion into a career. I didn’t want to go back to school for another 4 years to be a nutritionist, so I used Google and next thing I knew, I saw the IIN website. From the moment I read everything about what health coaching entailed, I knew this was my answer. I can honestly say from that day forward, my life has been a whole lot better. As I continue experimenting, making improvements, and learning along the way, my desire is to help anyone I can to be living a life that is truly their best.
Up until June 2016, I lived in Northeast Pennsylvania. Currently, I reside with my husband in Tampa, Florida, where I hope to reach busy women who may be struggling to figure out how they can achieve their health goals in reasonably attainable ways.
